Tournament Check List

Things you NEED:

 

-         All practice t-shirts

-         Both Jerseys

-         Spandex-your Underarmor pair

-         Knee pads

-         Sweatpants and Sweatshirt

-         Socks-bring a couple pairs

-         Extra sports bras

-         Volleyball Shoes

-         Shoes to wear when off the court

-         HEALTHY food to eat throughout the day (ex. Turkey or Ham sandwich, crackers w/ peanut butter or cheese, fruit, veggies, pretzels, light pasta salad)

-         Water and a couple sports drinks

-         Volleyballs, if you have them that week

-         Homework to do between games

-      Whistle

-         A GREAT attitude!

 

Things you may want:

-         Chair or blanket to sit on

-         Cards or board games

-         Ipod or other music

-         Book
