Ricky’s club coaching experienced started with Metro VA 16U Boys as the head coach. He is now in his 6th season with Metro American VBC. He started coaching with Metro American VBC since 2004. He then coached at a high school level as the head coach at the Academy of the Holy Cross (2002-2004) in Kensington, where they were the semi finalist and finalist in the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference (2004). He has coached our top 13s (2005-2006) and 15s team (2006-2009) in the south region, where he has lead his team to placed second in the Regionals and South Atlantic Championships. He also coached middle school with Fairfax Police Youth Club (2009) as the head coach. His coaching philosophy is to teach his players the opportunity to be successful and to improve their fundamental skills. Ricky has completed numerous coaching courses over the years. He is both IMPACT and CAP II certified. Ricky's volleyball career began with the Tidewater Volleyball Association (1993). He then went on to play for the Old Dominion University 's Men's Club Volleyball (1996-2000) where he was the team captain. At Old Dominion University, Ricky earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Currently, Ricky is in his 10th year as an athletic trainer. During his spare time, he likes to read, play volleyball and ride his sport bike on the race track.

Jerry is in his third year with Metro American VBC. Last year, he was the assistant coach for the 16 South regional team. He has been involved with volleyball for over 10 years and has a great passion for the sport. Jerry's goals are to help players improve their basic skills, challenge and promote sportsmanship, and develop self-confidence to play the next level.  He started by playing volleyball during high school. While attending the University of Maryland, he was an assistant coach at Oxon Hill High School, making the playoffs every year. He has been involved with USAV adult club volleyball and has played with the famous "Wicked Carrots" team. Jerry is IMPACT and CAP I certified. . When he is not coaching, he works for the DC government. He enjoys playing basketball and riding his mountain bike.
